Return Policy

Dog Gone LIcious Boutique teams biggest goal is to give our best services to everyone of our customers.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better purchase for you and your pet!
Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you wish to exchange your merchandise,
please see our refund/exchange policy below.

Please take a look over your order as soon as possible from the date of arrival. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order being delivered. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service order team as soon as possible, so we can get that issue sorted out for you right away!
Rules and Procedures For Returns:

Items can be refunded for a store credit or gift certificate sent via email only.
All return(s) requests must be received within 7 days* of the date you received your order. Dog Gone Licious Boutique
is notified when your package is delivered.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL and is not eligible for a return or exchanges. (All Sale Are Final)
Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.

Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end durning the shipping and packaging process.
Please allow our order team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our shipping location.

We reserve the right to refuse an refund, exchange or a store credit if the conditions below are not met:

If items have been worn, used, washed and/or altered.
If items are not returned in original packaging.
If Items do not have original tags on the purchase you bought.
Packaged goods are returned unopened and not new or in a resell-able condition
Items contain any pet residue (hair, smell, stains, etc.)
Returned without a receipt will not be excepted. Unless approved by Upper Management.
Returned/Exchanges after 30 days of purchase will not be excepted from the boutique.
Returns will not be made on the following items, but may be exchanged/store credit.
Personalized items
Special order items
Seasonal items (up to 30 days after)

**Some of the toys we carry have a warranty and can be replace in the store/online with approval.**

Return will not be return or exchanged due to health and saftey reasons:
Grooming products
Pet steps/ Covers
Beds / Blankets
Belly Bands
Bowls / Feeders
Gourmet Barkery Treats
Shoes / Boots
Treats / Bones

Due to health regulations we can't return or exchange these items above.

Shipping / Restocking:

If you received free shipping (orders over $100 shipped to the USA or a free shipping promotion) on your order and later decide to return part of that order we will issue a credit less the flat rate shipping fee of $7.95.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied at the discretion of management. The first exchange will not  inccur any restocking fees. However, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any subsequent exchange from the original order if exchanged more than one time.

Damaged items:

If an item arrives to you and is damaged in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective merchandise. Please, be prepared to supply an order number, date and item number when contacting us. We may ask for a photo of the defective merchandise, if necessary and can be sent to the email [email protected]

Instructions for Returns:
Send an email to [email protected] within seven (7) days upon receipt of the item.

Please include the following in your email:

Order Number in the subject line
Date of Purchase
Item Number of exchange item
Your complete name and shipping address

Refunds will not be made. No exceptions.
Upon receiving your email, we then will email you the Return Merchandise Order Number (RMON) along with a return form for you to fill out to include in your return to us.

No exchange will be processed unless the form is completely filled out.
If the form is not filled out, you will receive a notification of applied store credit.
The order number is good for seven (7) business days from the email that comes from [email protected]
DO NOT send items back to Dog Gone Licious Boutique without the order number on your package or your return may be refused and/or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that it is unused and in it's original condition, we then will issue a store credit or
the exchange request.
An email will be sent to you regarding your new order number for the exchanged item or the applied store credit.

Please note: Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, which includes shipping any item back to us, and the shipping of a reorder. Unless Management has approved a free shipping to and from.

Please allow up to seven (7-10) business days for processing returns after we have received your return.
